Liability Insurance
All Contractors are required to carry a minimum of $1,000,000 Liability Insurance Coverage with $2,000,000 of Liability Coverage in Aggregate.  Certificates of Insurance are to show Smith Management Group as the certificate holder.

Workers' Compensation Insurance
Unless the "Independent Contractor WAIVER Statement" on the Vendor Information is applicable, completed and signed or the Association has made other agreements it is expected that all Contractors supply SMG with a certificate of insurance demonstrating that they have Workers' Compensation Insurance.
