The Smith Management Group, a Division of the Roy H. Smith Real Estate Company, is the oldest and one of the most highly respected community association management firms in St. Louis. Established in 1958, SMG secured our first condominium association management contract in 1973, when condominiums first became popular in St. Louis.  We are proud to say that we still represent that first condominium association.

On May 4, 2000, The Smith Management Group became the first management company in the State of Missouri to earn the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation by Community Associations Institute (CAI).  SMG is an active member of the CAI St. Louis chapter.  We are also one of the few community association management companies that is also a Missouri licensed real estate company.  This gives your Board the added comfort in knowing that we have accepted a professional code of ethics and that our method of accounting is subject to inspection at any time by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
